Cancellation & Refund Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Zillam! We value transparency and aim to provide you with a clear understanding of our cancellation and refund policies. By using the Zillam App, you agree to these terms.

Zillam App is owned & operated by Zillam Service Platform Private Limited incorporated under Government of India with CIN U62099KL2024PTC090364. GST Registered under Government of India with Registration Number 32AACCZ4969Q1ZH .

1. Subscription and Payment Terms

• At the moment we have no subscriptions for users registering to the App other than Agencies or Companies.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users can cancel their appointments at any time before the agent starts to the service location. Cancellation can be done via the Zillam App settings or by contacting customer support at support@zillam.com.

• Refunds will be issued upon cancellation after incurring cancellation charges.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including: - Unauthorized charges - Technical issues preventing access to paid features

• To request a refund, please email support@zillam.com with your appointment details and a brief explanation for your refund request. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for the following scenarios:

• Failure to cancel the appointment before the assigned service time approaches.

• Issues related to internet connectivity or device incompatibility.

• User dissatisfaction not related to service outages or technical issues.

5. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt resolution by contacting Zillam's customer support.

• Any disputes that cannot be resolved through support will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India and dispute resolution terms specified in the Zillam App's Terms of Service.

• This Cancellation and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Kerala. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

6. Changes to the Policy

• Zillam reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Zillam App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
