Zillam is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To create an account, download the Zillam app, open it, and follow the registration process. You’ll need a valid phone number to sign up.You will recieve a verification code as sms which can be used for registration so as to continue using our application.

Some features may be accessible without an account, but to fully enjoy all of Zillam’s tools and functionalities, you’ll need to register and sign in.

To start a new service request, choose any from the services listed on the main screen and continue with your issue details. You can give the service description as text as well as voice note. Further select service address location and continue with the time slots available to address the issue. Upon conveying all the details you will get a successfull booking confirmation.

A completed payment service request will appear on the Appointments tab. Customers can easily track status and progress of the work.

Absolutely. You can customize your notifications to alert you of upcoming services and any other task updates. Go to “Settings” to manage these options.

To turn off notifications, go to “Settings” > “Notifications,” and toggle off the options you no longer want to receive alerts for.
